A 45-year-old restaurant owner was stopped at a red light when a tour bus struck him from behind, pushing his car into the Jeep in front of him. After the liability portion of the trial, the Court directed a verdict for the plaintiff on liability. The jury returned a verdict of $315,000 for Couladis who suffered two bulging discs in his neck.
